The thematic retreat follows a topic, a biblical book or personage that leads the retreatant into a spiritual journey. Input is given by means of conferences twice a day. The retreat facilitator will be available for spiritual guidance during the retreat.

St. Paul tells us that we need spiritual training for our journey like those training physically for the Olympic games. We are called to a new life in Christ. This retreat explores how we progress in the spiritual journey as we increasingly put on Christ and turn toward serving others.
